Lucy and Sabina

We had the pleasure of catering for Lucy and Sabina for 3 days! They had guests arriving from all over the globe and they themselves had travelled over from Canada. Lucy and Sabina love to holiday in the Lakes and they knew this was the place they wanted to get Married. They chose the beautiful Town Head Estate on Windermere and to make the most of their stay they had us join them the day before their Wedding with our Vintage Pizza Van. To elevate their Pizza selection they also had a delicious Salad Bar.

The weather was incredible the food was loved and the atmosphere was filled with love and we all couldn’t wait for the Wedding Day.

Wedding Day 

The British Weather wasn’t going to stop Lucy and Sabina enjoy their incredible day. They got married in the Small Barn at Town Head and then made their way downstairs for a confetti tunnel and canapés.

Canapés 

Blinis with Crème Fraiche and Smoked Salmon
Crostini with Avocado and Pickled Cauliflower
Asparagus, Minted Pea and Feta Tartlets
Tomato, Basil and Red Onion Bruschetta
Prawn on the Lawn

Whilst we served the canapés Lucy and Sabina were taken around the venue for incredible portrait pictures with Cath Prescott. Cath was able to capture the beauty in the day and got the flowers from Cumberland Flower Farm popping in all the pictures.

Wedding Breakfast 
Starter 

Butternut Squash Ravioli with Brown Butter and Sage Sauce topped with Crumbled Feta and Hazelnuts

Main Course

Grilled Seabass with Pea and Mint Puree, Seasonal Vegetables and Roasted New Potatoes

Roasted Vegetable Wellington with Chasseur Sauce, Seasonal Vegetables and Roasted New Potatoes

Dessert 

Lucy and Sabina chose to serve their Wedding Cake made by Kelly from Wren Cakes as their dessert.

These were all served with jugs of Cream and Coulis

After the Wedding Breakfast they all made their way back downstairs to enjoy Tea and Coffee and Lucy and Sabina had a quick outfit change. They were also able to enjoy the Horse Box Photobooth from Photohoof, Rebecca from Photohoof is an amazing person to have at your wedding she is so energetic and makes sure your guests strike the best poses for your photo album she makes for you.

It was soon time for the party to get started with their band Midnight Train who created a great party atmosphere.

Evening Food

Lucy and Sabina chose a buffet style for their Evening Food.

We were invited back to serve a Full English Breakfast for the Wedding Party the next day and this was just what they needed before they made their way back home or onto their next location of their holidays.
