We had the pleasure of catering for Emma and Matty for both the day before and their Wedding Day. They had booked the incredible idyllic Town Head Estate and had us there for a BBQ the night before the Wedding, rain or shine Town Head Estate looks beautiful. Due to the typical British weather we were not able to serve the BBQ down at the Boat House like originally planned but this was not a problem as we were able to set up in the Marquee by the barn.

Wedding Day
The Sun came out for the main event which is what we were all hoping for. The barn was dressed incredibly with flowers and greenery, this was all done by Emma’s sister Samantha a true labour of love and it was worth it.
The guests enjoyed the ceremony from the small barn and then made their way outside for a colourful confetti tunnel. It was soon time for us to serve canapés.
Canapés
Scallops with Parma Ham
Peking Duck Pancakes with Plum Sauce
Mini Beef Burgers with Tomato Relish, Baby Gem and Tomato
Quail Egg Tartlets

This was the time the Bride and Groom were whisked away to have their photos taken with the incredible Eriin Browne. Don’t worry guys we hold back canapés for the Bride and Groom so they don’t miss out. Eriin worked along side Emma and Mattys Videographer of the day Maxine Furness.
It was soon time for the guests to make their way up to the barn for the Wedding Breakfast. The 3 long tables were simply dressed by florals Samantha had created and every place setting was a polaroid of the guest with either Emma or Matty, I loved this personal touch.
