Evening food is the chance to have a bit of fun. Nobody expects a formal meal just something tasty and filling that will mop up the alcohol and feed any additional evening guests.
It’s best to keep it simple and we’ve found that some of the following dishes work the best!
(GF) = Gluten Free, (V) = Vegetarian, (VE) = Vegan, (DF) = Dairy Freee

Whilst you don’t need to go mad in the evening, if you’ve got evening guests travelling far or if you’ve had an early wedding, it’s a great idea to do something a little more substantial.
It works really well to do a simple hot dish with rice, potatoes and maybe some salad and bread. You can have a curry or a hot casserole or something totally different from the main wedding breakfast like a Lancashire hot pot, bangers and mash or fish and chips.
We’ve also done fondues, giant paellas in authentic Spanish paella pans, picnic baskets and many other novel ideas. If you have an idea yourself that’s different and unusual, let us know and we’ll see what we can do.
This doubles up as your wedding cake and your evening food. Once the cake has been cut we can make this into a grazing table for guests to help themselves throughout the evening. The variety of cheeses can be altered but this one works really well!
