During the welcome drinks we served a variety of canapés:
– Cheese and Leek Tartlet – Honey and Mustard Sausages with Mustard Mayo – Mozzerella & Basil Arancini with Sun Blush Tomato Dip – Mini Lamb Sliders with Tzatziki
After drinks and canapés on the terrace it was time for guests to make their way down to the tipis for speeches!

Twice Baked Lancashire Cheese Soufflé Served with a Champagne Cream Sauce — Slow Roasted Beef Cheeks with a Rich Madeira Jus Dauphinois potatoes Glazed Carrots & Grilled Asparagus
Once evening guests arrived it was time for the band to start and dancing to begin!
Soon enough it was 9.30pm and time for evening food! We catered for 150 people in the evening and the food choices went down a treat! We served Home-made Pizzas, Newspaper Cones of Fish and Chips, Halloumi Fries with Chilli Jam and Newspaper Cones of Skinny Fries.
On Sunday morning we came back to serve a full English breakfast for 60 guests. This was served buffet style and went down really well with all the guests!
