The wedding was in the stunning village of Coniston in a clear sided pole tent which made the most of the incredible views. Even though it was typical Lake District weather it was still an unbelievable day.
Timings:
Ceremony – 1pm in Local Church
Welcome Drinks and Canapes – 2.30pm – 4pm
Wedding Breakfast – 4.15pm
Speeches – 6.30pm
DJ – 9pm
Bar Close – Midnight
Bon Vivant looked after all the drinks and cocktails for the day so while they served the Prosecco, we went around offering the following canapes:
– Chilli & Garlic Prawns
– Honeyed Sausages with Mustard Mayo
– Smoked Salmon Blinis
– Pesto & Mozzarella Arancini with Sun Blush Tomato Dip
– Mini Yorkshire Puddings with Roast Beef & Horseradish
After drinks, canapes and photos it was time for the wedding breakfast! Howard Wing got everyone seated and then introduced the bridesmaids, ushers, best men and the new Mr and Mrs Porter!
Once everyone was seated it was time for the wedding breakfast.
