We catered for Katie & Matt at Town Head and had the most amazing day!!
The day started off with the ceremony in the large barn at Town Head followed by drinks and canapés downstairs! The canapé choices were:
Honeyed Sausages with Mustard Mayo
Mozzarella and Pesto Arancini
Spinach and Feta Filo Parcels
After drinks and canapés guests came back upstairs where the room had been changed around from the ceremony ready for dining!
Roasted Red pepper, Sweet Potato & Smoked Paprika Soup Baskets of Home-made Breads Or Caramelised Onion Tart Tatin Served with Goats Cheese, Balsamic Glaze & Micro Herbs — Roast Chicken Breast with a Rich Chicken Jus Or Mushroom Wellington with a Chasseur Sauce Both Served with Yorkshire Puddings, Seasonal Vegetables & Roast Potatoes
Ater a couple of hours of drinking and dancing it was time for evening food! We served Fish & Chips and Cheese Toasties and it was a hit, the perfect choice of food from Katie & Matt!
