Molly and Andrew what a weekend!

We were lucky enough to cater for Molly and Andrews wedding in August at the beautiful Silverholme Manor hiring a marquee from PSR Marquees and decorated with spectacular florals but Jane Thompson at Flower Design Events.

They got married at St Marys Church in Ambleside, after have some photos done there with Jenny Jones Photography and Emma Halliburton the wedding party made their way back to the venue with coaches from Cumbria Classics and Travellers Choice.

On their arrival they were welcomed with Prosecco and we started serving their selection of canapés.

Canapés

Lamb Koftas with Tzatziki
Peking Duck Pancakes
Wild Mushroom, Truffle and Mozzarella Arancini
Honey and Mustard Sausages
Sweet Potato Bites, Spicy Avocado

With these canapés we were able to adapt them and cater for Molly and Andrews guests with a range of dietary requirements including Dairy Free, Vegan and Gluten Free.

After enjoying the canapés it was time to call the guests into the marquee ready for their Wedding Breakfast. They were called in and entertained by Fortune Band. They had the band sing their guests to the seat and them two into the marquee as well as throughout the meal! What an amazing idea!

After the main course they had their speeches whilst we cut up their wedding cake made by Wren Cakes ready to serve for their dessert!

After the wedding meal it was time to enjoy more drinks from their hired in bar Kindred Spirit Cocktails and enjoy the band even more until it was time for more food!

Their weekend did not finish here! We were welcomed back the next day ready to serve them some Pizzas from our Vintage Pizza Trailer. We walked around with a selection of pizzas whilst the guests enjoyed garden games in the sun and Ice Cream!
