OH Sophie and Rob what a glamours weekend you created at Casterton Grange.

We were thrilled to cater for Sophie and Robs Pre Wedding Day and Wedding Day in June. Surrounded by the most incredible grounds of Casterton Grange they hired a sail cloth marquee from Original Marquees and flowers for days! From Brackens of Bowness.

Friday 

The night before the wedding Sophie and Rob hired our Vintage Trailer to serve a selection of Pizzas to 20 of their closest friends and family who were staying with the them the night before their big day.

They all sat on the patio sharing memories and having the most fun and relaxing time before the celebrations began in the morning.

Wedding Day

Sophie and Rob had the morning to get ready before they made their way to St Bartholomew’s Church in Barbon. The church had been decorated spectacularly with white and green florals by Brackens of Bowness, creating the perfect back drop for photos with their photographer Camilla J Hards. Their videographer Leanne Perkins was capturing perfect pure little moments throughout toes day too.

When all their guests arrived back at Casterton Grange they were welcomed with a glass of Champagne by the bar team of the day Kindred Spirits and a String Quartet playing beautiful tunes throughout. This was also the time we started served a selection of canapés chosen by Sophie and Rob.

These were enjoyed by all the guests who were all glamorously dressed in black tie, this made Sophie stand out incredibly throughout the day and I’m sure in all the photos by Camilla.

The guests were invited down to the marquee for the Wedding Breakfast. Brackens of Bowness had worked their magic once again by bringing the florals from the Church back to elevate the marquee’s elegance. The entrance was flooded with fresh florals and the marquee had fresh vines hanging down from the top drawing your eyes to the incredible view. Sophie and Rob were so lucky with the weather the marquee sides were all up allowing an uninterrupted view and a fresh breeze.

As the guests entered The Phat Cats band brought the vibes as they sang some upbeat songs getting the guests in the mood for a party, they walked around dancing and grooving with all the guests.

The food was perfect for Sophie and Robs guests and as the tequila shots started getting ordered we knew it was time for the party to start. The Phat Cats came back on at filled the dance floor with their incredible sound. Whilst the party was in full swing it was soon time for us to serve the classic evening food Sophie and Rob had chosen.
