After the outdoor ceremony, we served everyone with the canapes which included;

Mini Fish & Chips with Tartar Sauce

Calamari & Aioli

Mini Yorkshire puddings with Roast Beef & Horseradish

Prawn Crostini with Mango Salsa

Potato & Leek Balls with a Black Garlic Dip

For the wedding breakfast, Tori & Chris chose a sharing styler starter, followed by a plated main course and a plated dessert.

Parma Ham, Salami, Goats Cheese Croquettes, Olives, Sun Blush Tomatoes, Buffalo Mozzarella with Baskets of Home-Made Breads & Focaccia

Main Course

Sirloin of Beef with Beef Jus served with Glazed Carrots, Green Beans, Dauphinois Potatoes & Cauliflower Puree

OR Tandoori Halloumi, Sweet Potato Rosti, Onion Bhaji, Cauliflower Pakora & Mango & Chilli/Curry Sauce

Dessert

Sticky Toffee Pudding with Toffee Sauce & Vanilla Ice Cream

Later on in the evening at 10pm, it was time for us to served evening food.
