Dear Lucy Charlotte and the incredible team at Karen Rhodes,

We just wanted to say thank you for all of the help and input you gave to help ensure that the our wedding day was the most incredible day, as well as for the absolutely amazing food we had so many compliments on how delicious it was and we cannot thank you enough. From deciding what food to serve to crafting, the best chicken kiev have we ever (and likely will ever) have/had, everyone went absolutely above and beyond.

Everyone was so helpful with everything leading up to the day and it made the weekend so relaxing knowing that everything was in hand. Special shout out to Lauren and the team on the day – from setting aside canapes to ensure we had some, to putting Pizza in the cottage for us to have at the end of the night, to cutting up the cake the next day, everything was perfect and we cannot thank you enough. We hope the rest of the wedding season went and goes well and fingers crossed we get to another wedding where you are catering.

I am so so pleased with how our wedding menu turned out – I was really passionate about designing my own menu from start to finish and adding all the intracate details in and the team at Karen Rhodes were so respectful of this.

Charlotte helped us through the whole process and talked us through different options that suited our menu timings using the finest quality ingredients possible!

The team catered the night before, the wedding breakfast and the evening food – absolutley everything served was amazing!!

No ask was too big – which really supported us!!

Karen Rhodes catered for our wedding on the 31st of August 2024 at Casterton Grange and I can honestly say they are amazing!! The food, the team, everything about them (WOW)!! They were extremely accommodating and constantly put my mind at ease throughout the planning process of the wedding.

Lucy stayed with us throughout the whole weekend; we had the pizza van the night before our wedding, breakfast hampers the morning of the wedding, the wedding day food and then a full English breakfast on the day after the wedding and everything was amazing!! The pizzas were Devine, the wedding day ran so smoothly and the food was incredible, then to top it off the full English was just what we all needed after a day of drinking and it did just the job. The staff are so friendly, Lucy, in particular constantly had a smile on her face, making me feel extremely at ease knowing all my guests would feel comfortable. I couldn’t have wished for anything else on my wedding day.

I would recommend Karen Rhodes to everyone I know, you would definitely not be disappointed, everything about them is perfection.

Thanks for everything & for making our day / weekend stress free and immaculate throughout. We need another event so we can use Karen Rhodes again!

Thank you for serving the most delicious food at our wedding. We still haven’t stopped talking about it!

We really can’t recommend Karen Rhodes enough, every course tasted amazing from the canapés during the wedding reception through to the wood-fired pizza in the evening, everything was so delicious. Our guests even said it was the best food they’d eaten at a wedding, even the fussy eaters were happy! Aside from the food, Karen Rhodes were amazing all round, their communication was outstanding and nothing was too big of an ask (even when I asked if they could surprise the groom with a creme brûlée for his dessert). All of their staff are so professional and their time keeping is spot on, they really went above and beyond to make sure us and our guests were happy, we can’t thank them enough, what an amazing team!

So many of our guess that it was the nicest food that I’ve ever had at a wedding! We honestly cannot fault anything it all tasted and looked amazing.

Aside from the food everyone we dealt with that Karen Rhodes was so lovely and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and you really do go above and beyond. You’re a massive part of why our day was so perfect, and we cannot thank you enough. Hopefully, we will taste your food!
